Why it works

VisualMem is built on how memory actually stores words — through pictures, sound and timing.

🖼️

Four images per word

Each word is shown through four different AI-generated scenes. Pictures reach memory through a second channel that plain text never touches.

🔊

Three listening speeds

Every word is recorded slow, normal and fast, with IPA phonetics — so you train your ear before your eyes.

🗺️

A curriculum, not a feed

Words are organised by CEFR level and everyday topics, so you always know what to learn next.

Spaced repetition — coming soon

The VisualMem app will bring every word back at the exact moment you are about to forget it.

What is VisualMem?

VisualMem is an independent educational project that teaches foreign-language vocabulary through short visual lessons. Every word gets its own four AI-generated images, studio-quality pronunciation at three speeds, phonetic spelling and a CEFR difficulty level — in eleven languages.

Today the lessons are published daily as YouTube Shorts. Next comes the VisualMem app: flash cards with spaced repetition, built on the same visual library.
